San Felice del Benaco is located about 35 kilometers east of Brescia, on the west coast of Lake Garda, formerly known as Benacus or Benaco, and is bordered by Manerba to the south, Salo to the north and Pueniago del Garda to the west.
The area includes three small towns of San Felice, Portese and Chisano and is a moraine promontory rising above Lake Garda between Salo Bay and Manerba Bay, bordered by the mountains Monte della Croce, Monte Campagnolo and Monte Santa Caterina.
And it is in the small and famous village of Portese that this magnificent villa is located.
