Residential complex in the ISANI area

A multifunctional complex in the center of the Isani district next to the metro with stunning views of the Mtkvari River and Old Tbilisi.

Construction began in March 2024 and ends at the end of 2027.

Full opening date: spring 2028.

There are 22 floors in each block.

Hotel block A

From the 2nd to the 11th floor there is a hotel with 150 rooms . They are rented on a turnkey basis.

12-22 floors - investment apartments. They are rented on a turnkey basis.

On the ground floor there is a commercial area with restaurants, a lobby, a bar and a fully furnished terrace.

The cost of maintenance:

Block A hotel: $1 per sq.m, with a limit of $50 per apartment.

Apartments: $0.9 per sq.m, with a limit of $45 per apartment.

The infrastructure will meet the standard of a 5-star hotel:
