The new residential project is located in the center of West Berlin, in the popular and prestigious Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. This area is known for numerous parks and squares, including the Grunewald natural landscape Park with a chain of lakes and numerous attractions. A variety of schools and kindergartens are within walking distance, and the area itself has well-established transport links, including motorways and metro stations and the inner-city railway. Grunewald Park is just a 20-minute walk away, and the famous Kurfürstendamm Boulevard can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
