This property is situated in a comparatively small village with some 600 inhabitants, among which many English and Russian people. The village is at a distance of 29 km from very popular summer resort Albena and its wide sandy beaches. The village is peaceful, quiet and gives the options for normal living. At disposal in the village there are several food shops, a church, coffee bar, health center, kinder garden, regular bus transport.
The house itself is located in the outskirts of the village; the endless fields of Dobrudga are starting after the property fence.
Main road leading to the coast is passing right next to the settlement. In a short drive you will find 3 golf courses, summer resort Albena, ancient town of Balchik and its botanical garden.
