Terms used in this Agreement:
A website is a collection of texts, graphic elements, design, images, program code, photo and video materials, and other results of intellectual activity contained on the Internet under a domain name https://prian.info
https://prian.info Site Administration – employees of the "Brand Depo" LLC, which has the rights to administer the Site.
A User is any person who has logged in to the Site and accepted the terms of this Agreement, regardless of the fact of passing the registration and authorization procedures.
AGREEMENT
ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Hereby, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V, the User confirms his consent to the processing of personal data by the "Brand Depo" LLС: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer, blocking, depersonalization, destruction solely for the purpose of providing services to the User.
The Site administration guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to effectively fulfill the obligations assumed by the Site Administration as mandatory to the User.
It is hereby specifically stipulated that if it is necessary to provide the User's personal data to third parties for the purpose of providing services, the User agrees to transfer their personal data.
This consent applies to the following personal data of the User: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, contact phone number.
By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User agrees to receive advertising newsletters from the Site Administration by phone (in the format of sms messages and calls) and by e-mail. The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising newsletters at any time by sending a written notification to the email address adv@prian.info.
The validity period of the consent is unlimited, however, the User has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: Kazakhstan, Astana, 15 Otyrar str., postal code 010000, in "Brand Depo" LLC, marked "withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". Please note that revocation of the User's consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of the User's account from the Site, as well as the destruction of records containing the User's personal data in the personal data processing systems of "Brand Depo" LLC
