For sale is a small hotel in a small town of Ahtopol. The property is located on the first line, on the beach, in a bay opposite the Ahtopol pier. Directly in front of the house there is a small sandy beach. Plot of land with an area of ​​506 sq.m., construction of a hotel on a building area of ​​200 sq.m. on each floor, of the total yard area of ​​306 sq.m. remaining free.
