In 2012 it began the cultivation of organic pomegranate "Wonderful One". With the use of the Israeli farming techniques and wonderful qualities, it is very popular both as a fresh fruit and as for the transformation in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
There are three artificial lakes, used for seasonal irrigation in alternative to municipal waterworks.
