The area of the main villa is 450 sq.m., plus the building of the former monastery, equipped with a library and an office. There are about 10 ha of the territory in private ownership, of which 1 ha is a well–maintained park around the buildings, and the rest is forests with separate plots occupied by olive trees and vineyards. A swimming pool can be realized on the territory.

Beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area. The distance to the center of Carrara is 5 km, to the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea – 20 minutes by car. The structure has been completely renovated, there are very valuable frescoes on the ceilings.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining room. On the upper floors there are 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. Some rooms have their own bathrooms, some are shared. This complex is loved by many tourists for its warm atmosphere and quiet, peaceful environment. Here you can relax comfortably after swimming at the sea or after trips to local attractions.
