The project has been created with the concept of bringing the inner harmony both through architectural language and unique coastal climate of Jurmala which can't be found anywhere else.

Inner yard is equipped with a playground where children can have fun in their free time. The project features a tiled driveway and a fence with a lifting gate which is operated by remote control. The parking lot provides space for 64 vehicles allowing residents to leave their vehicles safely. There are also storage rooms that you can purchase.

Planning consists of spacious living room combined with kitchen and dining area, 3 isolated bedrooms, wardrobe, 2 bathrooms. Spacious terrace (20.55 sq m) can be accessed from the living room. Apartment is designed by architect and designer Aleksandra Rudenko.

Calacatta Gold stone, Atlas Concorde tiles and German oak parquet is used for the finishing of the apartment. Apartment has Villeroy & Boch plumbing and Schmid fireplace. Furniture is individually designed with Linea Cali materials and Italian fabrics.
