The attractiveness of the property is helped by the proximity to local ski centers, the closest of which is Mount Bjelasica with ski center Kolašin 1,450 which is some 20 minutes drive away, as well as the campsite Gradina which is located 2 km and can easily be reached on foot. The town of Kolašin can be reached in a few minutes by car which places not only nature but various shops and restaurants, and other amenities of the city, at your fingertips.
