The house, 76.10 m2, consists of two small apartments with two bedrooms, each with a separate entrance and partial sea view, built in 2000 and renovated in 2014. The house is two-story. On each floor there is an apartment of a convenient common layout: combined kitchen with a dining area and a living room with access to an open terrace, one bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor there is a glazed and heated terrace with sea views.

The house was renovated in 2014. Plumbing and electrical installations, windows, doors, floors and facade were replaced. The window frames are aluminum. All windows have built-in mosquito nets. The floors are covered with parquet and stone. Both apartments have new air conditioners. The living room also has a fireplace.

Parking is possible for several cars on the site.
