Information that several Russian banks are going to issue loans for the purchase of foreign real estate appeared in June 2014. Now the terms of some loan programs have become known.
in the Croatian real estate agency "Dom", from August 1, the Croatian representative office of Sberbank will begin to issue loans for the purchase of houses and apartments at sea for up to 15 years.
The minimum loan amount will be €10,000, and the maximum will be limited by the creditworthiness of the borrower. The interest rate on this banking product will be 8% per annum.
The main requirements of the bank are that the recipient of the loan must be an adult citizen of Dom Nedvizhimosti Russia and have permanent employment for at least 12 months before submitting the application.
The creditworthiness assessment will be carried out on the basis of a personal application submitted to the bank. The deadline for consideration of the issue is within a month.
