The asset consists of two houses and an adjacent plot in Skarinou, Larnaca. One house consists of a two-storey building in the western part of the plot (about 135 sq.m.) with four rooms on the ground floor and one room on the upper level and a two-storey building in the eastern part of the plot (c.115m2) with one room on the ground floor and one room on the upper floor. There is a courtyard between the two buildings. The buildings have stone walls and partially flat and partially sloping roofs covered with shingles. The buildings are abandoned and in need of repair. Another asset is an irregularly shaped fenced field, mostly with a smooth and flat and partially inclined surface. The field is adjacent to an unregistered dirt road along its southwestern border. The wider area of the property is mostly built up with old houses in the center of the village and new houses around the center of the village.
