This architectural proposal consists of a residential area, a commercial area and a hotel. The commercial area has six (6) commercial premises and ninety-six (96) parking. Over this commercial area, the hotel is located seventy-one (71) rooms. The housing area has thirteen (13) buildings of four (4) levels and one hundred thirty-six (136) parking spaces.

This project has one hundred and twenty four (124) apartments all with two (2) bedrooms.
The commercial area is located adjacent to Av. Germany on the first level and the hotel is located on the upper levels of the commercial area. As for the living area, all apartments have views towards the pools.
The buildings are placed radially around the pools. They are two large pools each composed of several pools of different depths arranged so that access to them can be convenient. In the central area next to them we have Balinese beds and sun loungers to enjoy this space with Mediterranean air.
