Krtsanisi Resort Residence - a new area occupies 12 hectares in the historical and prestigious part of Tbilisi, on Krtsanisi Street.

Krtsanisi Resort Residence is located just 6 kilometers from Freedom Square and 17 kilometers from the airport and has a wonderful panoramic view of the city.

It takes only 5 minutes to drive from the city center to find yourself in greenery and tranquility. The temperature difference here is felt in a few seconds, and the breeze blowing from the Krtsanis Mountains will take you to another reality for a second. Krtsanisi is one of the most prestigious and safe districts of Tbilisi, due to the large number of embassies and diplomatic missions in its time.

A highly qualified project team worked on the concept and design of the new district. The innovative project is a new word in Tbilisi, which offers modern people the opportunity for relationships and a comfortable environment in the district.
