Beschreibung

Prestigious flats in Peschiera del Garda

The Officers’ Pavilion is the ideal place for those who want to discover the luxury of living in history. The imposing structure will be restored while preserving the architectural and structural features of the 19th-century Austro-Hungarian building.
Repräsentative Wohnungen und luxuriöse Penthäuser in Peschiera del Garda.
The ambitious restoration project was entrusted to a team of expert architects, with the aim of faithfully respecting the original structure, organising the breadth of the spaces in bright and evocative environments to meet modern comfort requirements.
The facades are characterised by regular aligned openings and recurring architectural elements: entrances, doors decora- ted with stone ashlar, windows surrounded by stone cornices, entablatures and gables, stringcourse and angled cornices in stone ashlar, crowning cornices superimposed by eaves overhangs.
The vaults are among the most valuable elements of the Pavilion. Different in shape, type and size, they make up the entire horizontal structure of the central part of the building.
Since its construction, the building has stood out for its architectural ingenuity and its exemplary relationship with water. Facing the Canale di Mezzo on one side, the Pavilion rises majestically and serenely over the water, enjoying light and coloured reflections all year round.
Stone staircases distinguish the centre of each of the three sections of the building. Made of stone with monolithic steps, the stairs are carried by a system of vaults resting on the transverse walls.
The rooms are wonderfully harmonious with both modern and classic details, and the material finishes, such as exposed bricks or decorations, emphasise the architectural elements such as the prestigious ceiling vaults.
Each unit has been conceived as a prestigious residence with large sizes.
A military and strategic centre since Roman times, the fortress of Peschiera del Garda became a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 9 July 2017.
The Gallery of the Officers’ Pavilion, located on the ground floor of the building, is proposed as an exclusive space ideal for commercial activities with high added value. In addition to the evident historical and architectural value of the building and its central position in the Peschiera stronghold, the shops located here can take advantage of the double access, from Catullo Park and the walkway along the Canale di Mezzo.
In selecting the activities to be hosted, priority will be given to excellent craftsmanship and services with an innovative concept, in order to offer visitors an experience in line with the redevelopment of the site. Uniqueness, excellent craftsmanship and completeness are the three key concepts that will distinguish the Gallery. The selection will therefore be aimed at the overall balance between the different shops, excluding in any case shops in the same commercial segment.
