The property, free on three sides, is part of a recently built complex located a few steps from the lake and featuring a desirable communal pool with launch area on both tiles and grass.
Internally, the layout provides accommodation over two levels.
The ground floor comprises a bright entrance hall, a sunny open plan living area with contemporary fully equipped kitchen at sight and wide French windows, enabling direct access to the romantic porch and garden, overviewing the swimming pool area and offering you spectacular lake views all day long. Boat taxis from Lenno, the neighboring hamlet, also lead to the famous Villa Balbianello; the charming Isola Comacina, the only one island of Lake Como, is only 10 minutes drive away from Mezzegra; even the well-known Greenway del Lago trail, ideal for all lovers of hiking, passes through Mezzegra.
The popular resort village of Menaggio (home to a modern Lido, authentic restaurants, kayak and boat hire, and the prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club) is just 10 minutes drive away. Frequent ferry connections to Varenna and Bellagio available in a 5 min’s walk. Como, Lugano, and Milano Malpensa Airport are also within easy reach.
