Beschreibung

Ombria Resort () is a luxury development set amidst a serene, secluded and natural landscape of rolling green hills, rivers and lush cork and oak forests. It spreads throughout 153 hectares and will boast a range of properties for sale, a golf course and a 5-star luxury hotel.

Ombria Resort will comprise the following core components:

  • A 5-star hotel operated by Viceroy Hotels & Resorts – ‘Viceroy at Ombria Resort’ including 76 guestrooms, plus 65 one- and two-bedroom apartments – the ‘Viceroy Residences at Ombria Resort’
  • Property developments: 3 different areas/phases with a total of around 380 residential and touristic units for sale, including apartments, townhouses and villas
  • 18-hole Golf Course, including a clubhouse
  • Several leisure and entertainment facilities: kids’ club, organic farming area, hiking/jogging circuit, astronomical/stars observatory, honey harvesting facilities, etc
  • Beach Club, on one of the nearby beaches
  • Future plans include comprehensive sports facilities located near the resort

On completion of the project, there will be around 380 properties. The overall building density is extremely low at approximately 3.5% and one of the lowest of any similar development in Europe.

Ombria Resort is scheduled for a phased completion.

The first phase includes most infrastructures (roads, utilities’ networks, etc) as well as the golf course and its clubhouse, the Viceroy hotel, the 65 Viceroy Residences, 12 residential villas (Alcedo Villas) and 83 touristic units (Oriole Village - apartments, townhouses, semi-detached villas and detached villas). Further phases of properties for sale and additional leisure and sports facilities will follow.
