Beautifully located, hidden in the quiet and calm streets of Cabo roig, we have an apartment in a wonderful residence. In every season, you can make use of the many facilities you can find here. A home of few and an escape of many. Not only is there a large pool attached to a jacuzzi centered on the well-maintained garden, we also have a magnificent spa underground with a heated pool, sauna, hammam and an equipped fitness. After a swim or a workout, you can also make use of the sensation showers or the normal showers in the locker rooms, whichever you prefer. Another bonus you get while living in this resort, there are two playgrounds next to us, where you can safely spend time with your children. Amusement for them is guaranteed. Not only for them but for the adults aswell, the biggest shopping center in this area is a short 20-minute walk from our apartment. We can conclude this neighbourhood has something for everybody. Our cosy-decorated ground-floor apartment with two furnished bedrooms and bathrooms is generally cooled in temperature, even with an airconditioning bringing heat and coolness. Attached to the apartment itself, you have access to two terraces and you also have the possibility to go up to the rooftop and enjoy the shared terrace with fellow owners. An extra included is the private parking space in a large underground parking which you can use too for storage room if necessary. As our family is expanding with many grandchildren, we are currently
