Stone villa on the first line in the Bay of Kotor
An old stone palazzo is located at the water’s edge in the sunniest place in the Bay of Kotor – the village of Orahovac. The house is 170 years old. A complete reconstruction was carried out.
House area – 240 m2. The house has 3 floors. The structure of the house: living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, which overlooks the coastal promenade, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and a toilet. The space is integrated into one whole and functionally organized.
On the first floor there is the second (upper) entrance to the house. Here are: a spacious living room, two bedrooms with sea views and a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. On this floor there is also an internal staircase leading to the ground and second floors, and a technical room (central hot water boiler, heating boiler, autonomous water tank, washing machine, storage room). The technical part is separated from the main part of the house.
On the second floor there is another living room, a large bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. All the rooms have sea views!
The house has a parking lot for two cars.
