It was a long journey, about 10 years, from a tourist to a real estate consultant and on to the owner of the Sino-Thai agency. I don't really like the word "agent". It has a touch of negativity about it, like I'm an undercover agent trying to use trickery to further my goals or, in this case, to sell real estate. We are trying to help you choose a property that is ideal for you. Sometimes it's easy, especially when you know what you want in terms of location, type of property, purpose of purchase. But when you are not sure, we have to ask questions such as: “Do you want an apartment or a villa? Do you prefer Leasehold or Freehold? Are you sure you only want an investment project?” And so on.
