This two-storey 4-bedroom house is conveniently located in Trastenik village 22 km away from Ruse and 10 km away from Dve village occupies the north central region of Bulgaria and belongs to Ivanovo municipality, Ruse district. It is distanced at approximately 250 km from Varna and 280 km from Sofia. The population of the village counts to 650 people.

Trastenik village is set in a plain area just 2 km away from the main highway Ruse-Sofia and 10 min drive from Ruse. The closeness to a big city provides excellent conditions for year-round living.

The Bucharest International Airport is just 80 km away.

THE HOUSE

This spacious two-storey 4 bedroom house was built back in 1970. It is in very good condition. Each floor spreads on an area of 60 sq.m and the total built-up area is 120 sqm. There is a spacious plot of 1500 sq.m land that belongs to this house featuring a farm building and ae is also a parking space available for use.

Distribution of the floors is as follow:

1st floor: consists of a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. All rooms are in very good condition. An outside staircase connects both floors.

2d floor: consists of 3 bedrooms, a large corridor and a closet.

General condition:

THE CITY OF RUSE

Town of Rouse Ruse (also transliterated as Rousse or Russe) is the fifth largest city in Bulgaria a population of 166 991 (by current address). Ruse is situated in the northeastern part of the country, on the right bank of the Danube, opposite the Romanian city of Giurgiu, 300 km from the capital Sofia and 200 km from the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is the most significant Bulgarian river port, serving an important part of the international trade of the country.
Ruse is known for its 19th- and 20th-century Neo-Baroque and Neo-Rococo architecture, which attracts many tourists. The Ruse-Giurgiu Friendship Bridge, the only one in the shared Bulgarian-Romanian section of the Danube, crosses the river here.

RUSENSKI LOM NATURE PARK

Rusenski Lom Nature Park is located approximately 20 km south from Ruse. The park takes his name from Lom river, which is the last right feeder of Danube river. Nature Park Rusenski Lom flora counts 877 species (23% of Bulgaria’s flora), 30 Balkan and 1 Bulgarian endemic species among them. Endemic plants form 3,4% of all plants in the park. 22 species of fish can be found in the river Rusenski Lom. There are 192 species of birds on the territory of the park. 70 are the mammals species founded in the valley, of totally 100 species on the territory of Bulgaria. Amazing panoramas reveal from each height of Rusenski Lom Nature Park. They entangle the endless curves of the river valley, the forest, the wild beauty of the rock pinnacles as well as the old fortresses and settlements. Among the most remarkable is the bird’s eyes view from the height before the village of Cherven. The town of Cherven was situated here in the times of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom (13-14 century), one of the biggest military, administrative and economic centers of the country.
