In an attractive location in the center of Tel Aviv. At the beginning of the last century the building was used as a synagogue for the residents of the famous Ahuzat Bait neighborhood. Since then it was abandoned and its condition deteriorated. According to the residential concept we developed, the building will be professionally preserved and restored, based on the original construction plans of 1922, with two additional new stories.
The infringing connection between old and new creates a unique structure. For this luxury residential project, the traditional sandstone building will be impressively and authentically restored, the plaster style, the original wall paintings, the doors and the facades. The planning is based on the findings of a three-year research by an expert historian and a preservation architect.
