landscaping of the territory.
Project implementation period: from October to may.
Business interest: upon completion of construction, the investor gets ownership of one of the villas.
At the request of the investor, before the start of construction, it is possible to make changes to the project:
determine the functionality of the ground floor zones, change the layout of each floor,
redevelop the territory.
