The hotel is located in the beautiful Baroque town of Perast, where the Bays of Kotor and Risan meet in the UNESCO-protected Boka Kotor Bay. The hotel is located about 110 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the beach, in a pine forest. The hotel includes 11 luxurious suites ranging from 49m2 to 107m2, each individually designed. The hotel complex consists of several houses of different sizes. Some rooms, as well as a spa with jacuzzi and Turkish bath, are located in a small house, in front of which there is also an outdoor pool. The rest of the apartments, restaurant with 28 seats, reception and offices are located in a large building.
