The lake area is a protected green zone which means nature around you is there to stay. The nearby towns of Didim and Akbuk have everything you might need from shopping to restaurants as well as having some of the best beaches in the Aegean sea. The famous Altinkom beach is one of them.

The villa covers an area of approximately 190 square meters on a land plot of 362 sqm. The villa consists of three main levels with a big ventilation shaft running through all levels to guarantee fresh air and perfect natural light penetration.

Accessing the villa is through the first level which contains the main living space with a dining area, a kitchen, and a guest toilet. The ground level has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, laundry space, and an extra room which is up to you to choose what it contains (see next paragraph). The second level, also the last level, is where the two luxurious master bedrooms are located. The main master bedroom comes with its own entrance space, a big bathroom and a closet.
