In December of 2023, Jorge Bibiloni’s international design studio will welcome its latest work of art, a contemporary villa with warm finishes that pays homage to its lush surroundings. Its privileged position on the hills of Son Vida invites in superb panoramic views of Palma’s historical center and its blue bay.
The villa is divided in three levels, all accessible by elevator. As you enter the villa through the main door, you will be greeted by a mindfully arranged open space, which seamlessly caters to the coveted indoor-outdoor lifestyle due to its building and design choices. To the left you will find the lounging space decorated with a fireplace, and a generous bedroom with ensuite bathroom. To the right the show kitchen, which opens up to the outdoor dining deck and summer kitchen. The service kitchen, laundry room, and guest restroom are thoughtfully concealed.
The night area is found on the floor above. The Master bedroom together with its bathroom and dressing rooms is over 40m2. There are two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, and a 25m2 extra room that could be fantastic as a gym, office, or family room. For practicality, the hallways will be lined with wardrobes for additional storage.
70m2 of the constructed space has been designated to the garage, and it comfortably allows two SUVs to maneuver.
