Rental price:
From 01 October to 30 April: 100 Euro/week; month 400 Euro/month.
From 01 May to 30 June: 150 Euro/week; month 600 Euro/month.
From 01 July to 30 September: 200 Euro/week; 750 Euro/month.

Guests will additionally need to pay:
• One-time cleaning services in the amount of 30 Euro;
• Security deposit in the amount of 100 Euro;
• The cost of payment does not include costs for electricity and water consumption.

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking.

No parties / events.

Check-in and check-out times are agreed flexibly, by agreement with guests.
