An exclusive urbanization called Martossa, is located between the towns of Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar. Martossa borders the Santa Maria de Llorell urbanization and a protected green area called Cala Morisca, which covers 32 hectares of forest on the first line of the sea.

Martossa belongs to the city of Tossa de Mar and is the most prestigious and elite residential area. There are only about 30 neighbors in the urbanization. Property pricing is as exclusive as the private sector itself. Access to the urbanization is monitored 24 hours a day. At the entrance to Martossa there is a barrier and the pass is carried out strictly according to special passes and exclusively for residents. Next to the beach, for residents, there are parking spaces. The beach of the urbanization is called Porto Pi. To go down to the beach you have to go through a small tunnel along the Camino de Ronda.
