Born in Ukraine in 1975, he moved to Israel in 1990 and lived in Netanya since. He graduated from Tel Aviv University with a Master's Degree (MA) in Economics and Finance. He has been working in this field since 2000.

In the past, he held responsible positions in various organizations, including the Head of the Credit Risk Department at the largest Israeli bank Apoalim. In 2016, he founded  BMC Mortgage & Investments Ltd with two partners.

An expert in the field of mortgage lending to residents and non-residents of Israel, advises on all types of insurance, money transfer to Israel for the purpose of purchasing real estate or investment. He often goes to Moscow, where he conducts consultations and business meetings with clients.
