Description

Gonio is a pearl town on the Georgian coast. Clear, clear turquoise water, mountain slopes covered with forests descending to the beach are the undeniable advantages of this place, designed for a harmonious, peaceful life. Even locals from Batumi, Tbilisi and neighboring villages come to Gonio on weekends to sunbathe and swim on local beaches, considering them the best.

New houses are being built every year, and the infrastructure is expanding. A part of the new pedestrian boulevard has been built, which in the coming years should connect Batumi and Gonio with Kvariati.

The beach is pebbly, turning into coarse sand towards the sea. The approach is not gentle, a depth of two meters can be reached after 10-15 steps. Along the entire length there are changing cabins, showers in places, various cafe bars and, of course, the main water sports such as parasailing, banana, cheesecake, etc.

The subtropical climate of the coast of Adjara, with warm winters and hot summers, is curative. The fragrance of the eucalyptus grove located along the road above Gonio beach, the combination of sea and mountain air gives a wonderful healing effect, useful for diseases of the respiratory system, cardiovascular and nervous systems.

To be honest, it's a pity to rent such an apartment. I would like it to be bought by people planning to move to magnificent Georgia, to the welcoming and warm city of Gonio.
