Richard Marquard has been working at LCP Group since 2013 and is the Executive Vice President of Investment Operations. He oversees the EB-5 program, is responsible for business development, origin and control of investments, conducts transactions, and is responsible for managing the investment portfolio. Richard also oversees all investor relations and works closely with LCP's investor relations team to help them through all stages of the process from contracting to investing and immigration.
He started his career at the financial company Textron Inc., where he was responsible for commercial real estate lending and asset management in the hotel segment. For more than 10 years, he worked in the real estate Finance Department of Textron Financial Corporation. He served as assistant Vice President and was responsible for all aspects of investment relations, including creating, structuring and managing relationships, lending and underwriting, closing and managing the investment portfolio.
Richard holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut, as well as a degree in Advanced Business Processes from the UConn School of Business.
