Along the banks of the lake and the promenade of Verbania, we can find a refined villa designed by the architect Aldo Rossi. On the second floor, accessible by a staircase composed of small local stones, we can find the master bedroom with terrace, a private marble bathroom, and a wardrobe. On the top floor there are three bedrooms, a study and a bathroom. On the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, there is a lounge, a bathroom, a cellar, a spacious garage.
