Payment plan:

  • first installment – 40% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deducting the deposit up to 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
  • second installment – 25% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the first installment;
  • third installment – 25% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment;
  • fourth installment – 10% of the value of the preliminary contract at Act 15 or at the signing of the notarial act;

The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed according to the customer.
