Payment schemes:

• 1 installment - 50% of the price upon signing the preliminary agreement (including the deposit)
• 2 payment - 30% of the price upon receipt of the ACT 14
• 3 fee - 20% of the price upon receipt of the ACT 16 and registration of the notarial act

2. with a 15% discount, 1 sq.m - €1700

• Deposit (deposit) €10,000 when choosing a house
• 1 installment - 80% of the price upon signing the preliminary agreement (including the deposit)
• 2 fee - 20% of the price upon receipt of the ACT 16 and registration of the notarial act

The pool is an additional option and will be made by the customer's order.

The cost of the pool is €20,000

The cost of maintenance from the management company is 6 €/m2 per year
