The South Point Hotel consists of 23 suites in a condominium on the waterfront overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Falmouth Marina. Housed in separate two- and three-storey buildings along the coast, the 23 suites offer access to swimming pools, a marina and a small private beach. The facilities of the resort are designed only for guests and a quiet secluded oasis in the middle of the most popular place in Antigua - outside the capital of St. John's - English Harbor.

There are only two categories of rooms in South Point: a 1-bedroom deluxe suite and a 2-bedroom penthouse suite. 20 penthouse suites occupy the upper floors of three central buildings. The suites on the ground floor are slightly raised above the main passage, with only 5 steps leading to their own patio. The ground floor suites (second level) can be accessed by an external staircase, they have spacious covered balconies, and penthouse-style balconies on the roof provide additional confidential views of the surrounding area.

1 Bedroom Suite

Each 1-bedroom open-plan deluxe suite has a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, deck chairs, an indoor living room and a luxurious bathroom with a double sink and shower. These rooms can be sold as additional apartments with removable balcony partitions. Bed options: king-size bed or 2 single beds. The maximum capacity of this room is 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child.

Penthouse Suites with 2 rooms

The penthouse suites with 2 bedrooms can also be accessed via an external staircase that leads to a separate entrance to the penthouse. With two separate rooms, two separate rooms, two separate rooms, a fully dining area, outdoor and a double pet, this apartment is ideal for families or friends traveling together. The furnished rooftop balcony has a sofa and coffee table, 4 sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella from the sun. Bed options: king-size bed or 2 single beds.
