Among the uncontaminated hills of Alta Maremma and surrounded by a rare beauty

about 450 meters S.L.M. Halfway between Siena and Grosseto, between nature reserves
of the rivers Farma and Merse. The farm is located between the two medieval towns of Casal di Pari
and Pari, and just three kilometers from the Terme di Petriolo, are free spas surrounded by the
Farma river with hot tubs where you can take baths and treatments
for the body, they are of an evocative beauty, dating back to Roman times.
The proximity to the highway allows you to quickly reach the city
of Siena (30 mn), Florence (1.15 mn), and the most prestigious beaches of the province
of Grosseto in 40 minutes, (Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Uccellina Park).
The stone house of recent construction, respecting the traditional Tuscan style,
with the gable roof, and the chestnut beams, it is completely insulated, it is
equipped with all utilities, public water, electricity, internet.
Exposed completely to the south, it enjoys a rare panoramic view, which dominates

quality, part of the grapes is sold in Montalcino to make the famous
Brunello, and a part we vinify it in our cellar for us and for
friends. There are about three hectares of olive grove, with about 500 plants that produce
one of the most renowned high quality oils of all Tuscany, around the house
there are several fruit plants, and a very generous vegetable garden that allows you
to be independent. We have a well that produces a lot of water
for all crops, including garden.
The forest is rich in chestnuts and mushrooms in the season.
The company of about nine hectares is incorporating an additional 15 hectares of land,
