Elite cottage is 80 sq.m. for 6 persons with a cozy front yard with a lawn, a delightful sea view and a backyard with BBQ, only 80m. from the sandy beach 50m. from the large swimming pool of the complex. In front of the cottage is a huge veranda with a dining table turning into a patio with a lawn.

Sounio is an elite summer resort of Attica only 35min. drive from Athens Airport and 70min. from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. Our places are a combination of turquoise sea and green mountain landscape, peace and tranquility.

Cottage 80 sq.m. in two floors, living room, kitchen, guest toilet wc on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet on the second floor. Each bedroom has a balcony, one with a view of the sea and the courtyard and swimming pool of the complex, the second with a view of the green mountain landscape. In front of the living room there is a veranda with a dining table that leads into a small courtyard with flowers and greenery. Living in our house you will enjoy the amazing scenery of sunrises and sunsets on the sea. The view from both the lower veranda and from the balcony of the bedroom is just magical.

The cottage is very cozy, comfortably furnished and well equipped with home appliances. Air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, music center, mosquito nets on the windows, iron, board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. And also a fully equipped kitchen, el. stove with oven, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle as well as dishes and everything necessary for cooking.
