Construction of a hotel / villa complex on an area of 5000 m2 in the jungle of the island, near the village of Sibetan, 20 min. drive from one of the best beaches of the island White Sand Beach (Virgin Beach) at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level.
All rooms offer panoramic views of the Agung Volcano, jungle, rice terraces, mountains and waterfall.
Vacationers are guaranteed privacy and silence, but if necessary, after 20 minutes they find themselves in a cluster of chic restaurants or on the beach.

The construction is carried out on a slope of 45 degrees, by erecting three tiers of flat terraces (terracing) on it, followed by the construction of a number of rooms and other objects on them.
The height of the terraces, in some places, reaches up to 8 meters, which completely eliminates the overlap of the view from the room by another building.
The hotel will consist of 11 villas: 1 two-bedroom villa (155m2) with a swimming pool area, 5 villas (103m2) with pools, 5 villas (102m2) without pools.
