Description

The ancient palazzo of 1208 with an area of about 400 sq.m. is located between the second and third circles of Todi stone walls, between Porta della Catena and Porta Romana, on the famous Via Giacomo Matteotti.

Inside, the property has been completely restored, all internal parts have been demolished, all floors have been restored using old technologies, there are wooden chestnut beams, niches made of baked bricks, a screed made of lightweight Lecamix material.

On the third floor there are three double bedrooms with bathrooms.

On the fourth floor there are 4 bedrooms, one of which has a small panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and part of the city.

On the fifth attic floor there is a staff apartment with a bathroom, a technical room with all equipment, a storage room. A small terrace overlooking the valley and the city.

The floors on the ground floor and in the bathrooms are made of handmade bricks, in other areas - from oak boards processed by hand.

Thermal insulation window frames are made of white lacquered wood, as well as doors.

The staircase on the ground floor is made of cement and finished with brick. The staircase on the second floor is made of Cortene steel with a rust effect, there is a small storage room under the stairs.

The exterior walls are preserved original, some walls are visible masonry. All interior walls are soundproof thanks to sound-absorbing materials and silica panels.
