Description

Elite SKY PARK residence in the center of Bratislava

SKY PARK Residence brings world architecture to the capital of Slovakia. A new view of Bratislava.

The author of the project is the world's most famous female architect Zaha Hadid, the bearer of the Pritzker Prize. Her projects have been implemented in different cities of the world and have received many prestigious awards.

SKY PARK in Bratislava became the latest project of Zaha Hadid. She did not live to see his incarnation. It is implemented by the best Slovak architects – legends of Slovak architecture Igor Marko and Dusan Yurkovich, whose projects were used to build facilities in London, Las Vegas, Hamburg, Seoul, Prague.

The SKY PARK Residence offers a unique feeling of an organic combination of modern architecture and a city park with the antiquity and history of Bratislava.

The project, unusual for Bratislava, was discussed for a long time by the residents of Bratislava, the City Hall, and the government. In the end, the Bratislava residents gave the GO-AHEAD to the project. At the beginning of 2017, the foundation stone was laid and construction began.

Symbiosis of old and new architecture
An inseparable part of the SKY PARK residence is the historical Yurkovich Heating Station (Jurkovičova tepláreń), a national cultural monument. It represents the golden age of Bratislava's industry. The combination of three high-rise buildings with the most modern design and a cozy park with an invaluable historical monument connects the past of the Slovak capital and its future. SKY PARK will be written in big letters in the history of Bratislava.

SKY PARK

2, 3, 4–room apartments in three 31-storey towers will provide a unique view of the center of Bratislava. It is the view that will charm you right away. The individual buildings are oriented so that each of the apartments has the best view of the panorama of the city. In addition, thanks to the individual design solution of the apartments, every square meter of them is fully used.

1 tower, height 41 m
2 tower, height 36 m
3 tower, height 40 m
By the end of 2020, all apartments were sold directly from the developer. Currently, apartments can be bought from future apartment owners. They decided to abandon the purchase for various reasons – mainly because of the high cost, which is not available to them.

We offer two 4-room apartments in tower No. 3 on the 13th and 23rd floors. Both apartments will pass state acceptance at the end of 2020. The apartments will be delivered in January-February 2021.

Both 4-room apartments in the Skypark project are located in the northern part of the tower. The apartment is oriented on 3 sides - north (all 3 bedrooms), east (one side of the master bedroom), west (living room with kitchen).

The choice of tower No. 3 for both apartments when buying apartments by today's buyer was the best, because apartments provide more privacy. These apartments are invisible from the towers opposite. (4-room apartments in Tower No. 1 can be seen from Tower No. 2, and in Tower No. 2 can be seen from apartments in Tower No. 3).

THE PURCHASE PROCESS
There was no state acceptance of the house yet. The real purchase agreement will be concluded after the current Slovak buyer of the apartment is recorded in the cadastre as the owner of the apartment.

Until then, he will conclude a future contract or reservation agreement with the new buyer. Based on it, the buyer will deposit it with a notary 20 000 – 30 000 euro. This amount is included in the price of the apartment. The money from the notary will be transferred to the seller of the apartment only after the name of the new buyer is on the property sheet.

This is a standard procedure when buying a property. Protects the buyer and seller. The money is blocked on the notary's custody account or on the buyer's account in a Slovak bank. The cost of storing money in the notary's account is about 200 euros.

There is an opportunity to buy smaller apartments. If you are interested, write your and wishes, we will monitor the appearance of the desired apartment and immediately contact the seller.
