Graduated from the Leningrad State University, the Faculty of Journalism. He has been living in Slovakia for more than 30 years and has Slovak citizenship.
He has more than 25 years of experience in foreign trade with Russia and the CIS countries. He was a sales representative of major Slovak manufacturing, trading and financial companies. Participated in various Russian projects on the territory of Slovakia. The most famous of them are the broad gauge railway project from Asia to Europe and The Cyclotron Center in Bratislava.
In 2012, he founded his own company RUSKY SK s.r.o., which sells and rents real estate in Slovakia, issues a residence permit, and establishes companies and sole proprietors for Russian-speaking clients.
Holder of the certificate of the Slovak Banking Association, indicating that he has professional competence in the capital market.
