This 5,863 sq.m. field is located in the Agios Fanourios area of Aradippou, Larnaca. The field falls into the zone of a small industrial layout (Bδ2) and has a fairly rectangular shape. The field is considered to be landlocked, however, a road network scheme is proposed (affecting an asset of about 1500 sq. m., which will allow this asset to benefit from the angular location and a roadway of about 120 m along the streets of Mystra and Loutrakiou. It will also be adjacent to the green zone. with a sidewalk along the western border. The immediate area is characterized by industrial, residential and livestock activities. Over the past few years, the larger area has experienced significant growth. Assets in this area benefit from excellent proximity to the city center, airport, port and other plot is zoned as Bδ2 (light industry) with a building density of 50%, 50% coverage, 1 floor and a maximum height of 5.5 m.
