There is a training camp in Myantyukharya for the construction of a private house with an area of 8.33 hectares. The site is located along a road that ends bordering a park area. There is a foundation on the site (the construction permit was issued in 1999, expired in 2004). Building permit on a plot of 500m2. During the construction of the farm, two residential buildings and outbuildings can be built on the site for a total of up to 5000m2.
