The minimum cost for 7 nights throughout the year is 2700 Euros (winter), while the maximum cost is 4524 Euros (summer).

Our luxurious villa is situated in a place intertwined with nature, at the foothills of the peaceful and tranquil Taurus mountains, where you can enjoy the charming landscape of Kalkan day and night. There is no intensive development around the villa, and the private pool and garden are secluded from prying eyes. Therefore, our villa is an ideal choice for vacationers, especially honeymooners, who seek privacy.

ON THE PREMISES, the villa offers a garden, private pool, sunbathing area, sun loungers, umbrellas, and outdoor furniture. Pool dimensions: Width 5.5m, Length 13.5m, Depth 1.55m. Indoor pool: Length 4.2m, Width 4.2m, Depth 1.55cm (the indoor pool is heated from 01 October to 31 May).

FIRST FLOOR

Kitchen – spacious and modern American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in hob, microwave, kitchen equipment, and tableware for 8 people. Living room – access to the pool terrace, comfortable seating, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning. Bedroom 1 – double bed, air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom, access to the indoor pool.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 2 – single bed, air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 – double bed, air conditioning, TV, Jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 – double bed, air conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom, balcony.

Other amenities at the villa include an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning materials.

The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, internet, as well as daily pool and garden maintenance. The villa is provided for rent in a clean state, and towels and bed linen are available for 8 people.

Minimum rental period is 7 nights.

A deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded to the tenant upon departure in the absence of any damages.
