2.5 hectares of organic blueberries for sale in Belanovica. 1,300 organic blueberry seedlings were planted. There are three types: Duke, Bluecrop and Spartan. Blueberries are connected by a drip irrigation system with natural, spring water. Since it is a plant of organic blueberries, they have never been sprayed or been in contact with chemicals. Since they are located on a gentle hill, they get enough sunlight and all the vitamins that are needed for further growth and development of the fruit. There is room on the plot for another 1,000 seedlings of blueberries or some other fruit, since the land has been tested and is suitable for fruit growing. A well-made road, macadam, leads to the plot, and it is 500m away from the asphalt road. The plot also has a log cabin of 40m2. The log cabin consists of two rooms, one of which has an exit to the terrace from the lower side, an unfinished bathroom (water was introduced, tiles were not laid, but they were bought) and a terrace at the entrance to the log cabin. Below is a large pantry or cellar, as well as a cooling chamber for fruit storage. It has a Polish toilet. The electricity is three-phase, and the water is from a natural source that is in operation throughout the year.
