The Layan Green Park project offers an investment plan and a rental pool system. The developer offers 7% profitability, and there are 2 options for paying for the apartment: 100% payment for the apartment when booking or in interest-free installments until the end of construction. Payments of 7% begin 12 months after full payment. i.e., for example, you have chosen an installment plan and pay in installments until June 2023 and in June 2024 you receive your first income.
