The ground floor, accessible from Halakargazi Street, is designed as a semi-open public space with restaurants, cafes, recreation areas and streetral stones on the floor, benches, a landscape of natural plants and installations enriched with flora helped to create a breathing and lively courtyard in which the interior and exterior aresparent canopies in this area allow both maximum use of sunlight and continuous filtering of light to the lower floors, creating a well-lit and modern atmosphere on all floors.
