These luxury villas are located in Kalkan within walking distance of the city centre. Near them there are numerous cafes and restaurants, markets and shops, as well as schools, so the object is perfect for permanent residence with the whole family. There are only two villas on the plot. Each of them consists of four floors. In total, the project occupies 657 square meters, of which 537 are reserved for the green zone. Both villas have the same 4+2 layout. Each building adjoins a large swimming pool with a relaxation area near the water. The indoor pool, which can be used all year round, is located on the underground floor. There is also a sauna and space for a gym.
