Immigration to Dominica
The Commonwealth of Dominica (not to be confused with the Dominican Republic) is the greenest state in the Caribbean archipelago. The passport of this country gives its holders open borders (140 countries without visas) and tax benefits. The local citizenship by investment program is one of the oldest in the world. It has been in existence since 1993, but it has been developing particularly successfully over the past ten years: more than two thousand applications were approved in 2018-2019 alone, so thousands of foreigners receive all the privileges of Dominican citizenship every year. Over the years, the program has been revised several times, and the current version of the law on citizenship offers the most loyal conditions for investors from any country in the world.
You can apply for a passport of the Commonwealth of Dominica under the state program in different ways: by making a non-refundable contribution to the State Fund or by investing in real estate (investments can be returned in three years). The minimum investment amount is $100,000 and passports for the entire family (a spouse, children, parents, siblings) will be available to applicants in two to three months.
